Important message from the Section Coordinator

I want you

Ladies & Gentlemen

Now that we are into March and Wolfe is starting to loosen some of the restrictions.  We might see some matches reopening.

With that being said, things will probably be different in regard to how you register for matches as well as how or where you will paying for the match.
Squad sizes and limits on the number of squads allowed to be shooting a match might also be applied.

Expect to register for matches only on Practiscore   If you do not have an account I suggest you get one as walk-up registration might be suspended temporarily at some matches.  With an account, you can register for a match on your smartphone, e-pads, or computers.  Most serious shooters already have an account so this is probably a moot point but worth bring up here.

If you are an RO then make sure your timer is working, I am suggesting that RO’s use their own timers to run shooter so that this is one less device that needs to be shared.
Scoring devices have to be shared, so if this bothers you think of bringing gloves and an electronic stylus in your range bag which can be as purchased for as little as $3.00 for a 3 pack.

Just because we have these safety practices in place this does not mean that you do not be a good squad mate and help with the match flow.

Social distancing will still be required as well as the possibility that you may need to have a mask.  So you as the match participants need to be patient and understanding when you plan on attending our matches.   Match Directors, as well as myself, want this to be a safe environment for all participants to enjoy and you need to respect others’ concerns regarding the spread of this virus.

STAY HOME if you have these Covid-19 symptoms.

  • Cough.
  • Shortness of breath.
  • Difficulty breathing.
  • Chills.
  • Muscle pain.
  • Headache.
  • Sore throat.
  • Loss of taste or smell.

DON’T BE THAT GUY OR GIRL and come to a match if your not well!!

Shooters more than likely are required to bring their own food and drink, as well as personal hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes. Facilities other then restrooms will more than likely be closed or restricted to the number of people inside at any given time, so be respectful to your fellow shooters.

Hopefully, as time passes and we get a handle on this virus, matches will return to a more normal style match.  But until then let’s be adults and follow the guidelines that a given Match Director puts in place regardless if one Match Director requires more or less then another.   Be prepared for the extreme try to bring exact amounts instead of expecting change or a cashier, and you won’t be disappointed on match day.

If you have questions about what is required by any given Match Director go to the section website club page and email the Match Director or me with your questions or concerns.

Thank You
